Today I have some exciting news that I want to share with you! Over the past couple of months, we have been working to rebuild our website from the ground up. I know some may ask why we did this when we also have our own clients to support. This was done for them and for our future clients as well. What exactly have we done? We have selected a new WordPress theme to use and this theme will be the basis for every website build we do moving forward. The chosen theme is highly customizable, has many premium features, and best of all is free! We have also decided to purchase the premium extension bundle to further enhance the capabilities and options available. We had two goals in mind 1) to have a more stable site and 2) to simplify using the site on both the front end and back end.
As part of this effort, we have also begun adding more resources to our website and will continue to do so where we find a resource is needed. We have also redesigned our knowledge base and will now be giving access to all current and active ResTech clients. The knowledge base will still be available via membership to all others. In addition to the knowledge base access, we are introducing our new client portal to provide access to resources for each of our clients. There will be some community-based resources as well as a dedicated section of resources for each of our clients. The launch of our new website and resources is just a further commitment to the quality support we provide every day and we look forward to continuing to bring top quality support and resources to all our clients.
